Why We Built This Site
Texas does not provide one complete public portal for every unserved warrant. The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office states that criminal warrant information is not released to the general public. Its Warrant Division serves warrants, while licensed bondsmen, attorneys, and law-enforcement personnel have authorized routes to warrant information. Municipal and justice-court cases follow their own procedures. A search of the District Clerk’s executed-warrant documents, for example, is useful for completed files but is not a roster of outstanding arrest warrants. We organize those distinctions so a reader can start with the right holder and avoid treating a limited search as a countywide clearance.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant lookup routes: how the Tarrant County warrant lookup differs from city portals and executed-file searches
- Outstanding warrants: what city warrant lists include, how often they refresh, and why a blank result is limited
- Missed court dates: how bench warrants arise in JP and municipal cases
- Criminal process: how arrest warrants are authorized and served in the county
- Traffic and municipal cases: where to check citation warrants and city court warrants
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to a Texas court, sheriff’s office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own prices and operate their own services. If a paid signup follows a referral from this site, we may receive a fee. We do not control the provider’s data, charges, or results, and a partner search is not an official warrant check. The Tarrant County pages identify government portals separately so readers can choose the right official source.
